Experience:

Ben began his career with the UK developer Allied London Properties Limited working on major city centre developments in London and Manchester.

Ben then moved to Drivers Jonas London office where he focused on valuation and office agency / asset management. From there Ben moved to St Anselm Development Company (London) where he focused on the restructuring of a mixed property portfolio; this involved active asset management, new acquisitions and disposal of retail, office, residential and mixed use lots from £2million to £30million.

Ben then relocated to Birmingham to work for the Midlands based developer and investor Maximus Group. Here he focused on the sourcing of new investment opportunities with asset management potential. Work included surrender and reletting deals, management of the rolling refurb of a central Birmingham office block and pre-sale and pre-letting of new courtyard office schemes.
