Capstock has a growing investment portfolio which it manages on behalf of clients. This currently comprises industrial, residential and office.

Capstock recently acquired numerous distressed residential assets largely from major banks. These provide clients with attractive levels of income together with the prospect of capital growth.

Investment

We look to find mispricing in market sectors and develop an investment strategy to capitalise on this discrepancy.

We use gearing in accordance with the prevailing market conditions but generally gear up prudently to mitigate over exposure to debt. We heavily exploit active asset management to grow income and we constantly monitor the effects of inflation and yield shift.

Funding

We have good relationships with a number of major lenders as well as private investors.

Our backers and clients have confidence in our investments and our ability to successfully undertake each project. We are constantly building new relationships that will allow us to undertake a range of projects.
