We look to find mispricing in market sectors and develop an investment strategy to capitalise on this discrepancy.
We use gearing in accordance with the prevailing market conditions but generally gear up prudently to mitigate over exposure to debt. We heavily exploit active asset management to grow income and we constantly monitor the effects of inflation and yield shift.
Funding
We have good relationships with a number of major lenders as well as private investors.
Our backers and clients have confidence in our investments and our ability to successfully undertake each project. We are constantly building new relationships that will allow us to undertake a range of projects.
Requirements
We look for a range of property types to suit our clients’ requirements, these include office, retail, industrial & residential:
Investment:
- Offices (part income producing)
- Residential – high yielding where locality is earmarked for improvement
- Active management assets
- Industrial – small industrial parks
- Change of use opportunities
- Pubs - well located
Development:
- We will look at sites/land on an unconditional and subject to planning basis
- Residential/mixed use town/city centre infill land with potential for 8 to 20 units
- Redevelopment possibilities
