Experience:

Tom began his career in private equity as an analyst for Almeida Capital in London. He then moved to Atis Real (now BNP Paribas Real Estate) in London where he focused on strategic management of corporate real estate; work included regearing leases throughout the UK for a major high street bank unlocking significant capital for the client. Latterly Tom moved into the BNP Paribas development funding team.

Tom left London for Birmingham to join Knight Frank’s Development Consultancy team where he was involved in the disposal and acquisition of land across the West Midlands. He also consulted on office development projects in central Birmingham and provided strategic planning advice for the redevelopment of Coventry city centre.

Tom then moved client side with Graftongate Developments (Property Company of the Year 2008) as a Senior Development Manager and worked on industrial developments across the UK, this involved development management and sales/letting marketing. Tom has developed skills in development management, marketing of pre-let/pre-sales and funding of speculative and occupier deals.
